Tiger Woods' former mistress Rachel Uchitel has put her Park Ave. apartment on sale for 1.95 million dollars.

"I renovated it and it's gorgeous. I don't live in New York full time, and it's a good time to sell. Other units are available on my floor, and mine is mint condition and cheaper," the New York Daily News quoted Uchitel as saying.

Uchitel bought the three-bedroom condo just last year for 1.63 million dollars.

The former nightclub hostess is living in Los Angeles studying forensic psychology and fielding local job offers, she said.

She put the swank pad up for rent in October asking 10,600 dollars a month.

Uchitel claims she had some offers, including one from actor Chris Noth, but she was using the apartment on and off and ultimately decided to sell.sked if she'll ever move back to New York, Uchitel said that remained her "hope."

Back in October, she said her dream was to settle down in the Park Ave. pad.

"Ideally I'd love to have a career, own a small business and live with a family in that apartment. That would be my happily ever after," she said. (ANI)
