VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / November 4, 2019 / Chemesis International Inc. (CSE:CSI)(OTCQB:CADMF)(FRA:CWAA) (the 'Company' or 'Chemesis'), announces that it has experienced delays in completing its year-end audit. The delays are attributable, among other things, to the Company's significant growth and volume of activities undertaken over the course of the preceding financial year. Due to such growth and activity-level, there is a need for additional management resources and support and the Company is taking the necessary steps to identify and address these.
The Company expects that the audit will be completed imminently.
