Her journey into mindfulness started more than a decade ago to deal with daily stress and anxiety. She learned that our happiness and well-being does not depend on the circumstances of our life but the way we perceive them. We can never change things from outside, and it's never about other people or outer circumstances; it's always your inner health that affects the quality of your life.
She just published her first book called 'Turn within- Reconnect with your inner peace and well-being' on the importance of meditation.
This book will serve the purpose of spreading awareness regarding meditation and the importance of connecting from within.

Book Excerpts:
"Every now and then, we hear a young student or even successful people committing suicide. People like them who are otherwise known as very successful in their lives suffer silently for years. It's not that we can judge their decision or their pain. If only they could see the light within, the peace, the eternal well-being, and the truth. If only they realize that every life has a purpose. If only they express their soul's mission of helping others, they will never take such a step. When we make an effort to express ourselves in a noble way, we never feel depressed. Why do people decide to end their life when they can connect to the inner fountain of peace and bliss and transform their lives and that of people around them?
"One of the most prominent delusions of this modern world is that happiness and satisfaction come with a higher rank, fame, or money. They can buy you temporary gratification in the name of joy, but these are the weakest of all sources if you are looking for true happiness. If this were true, we wouldn't see celebrities attempting suicides. There is nothing wrong in aspiring for material success, but being discontent and too attached with worldly possessions leaves us feeling powerless and empty."
"The increasing rate of depression and other mental illnesses is because people are finding happiness, not within themselves, but outside, relying more on worldly stuff as a source of satisfaction, happiness, and joy."
