The music industry has thrived by breeding original, up-and-coming artists for centuries. However, in this pandemic year, it has been challenging to find new artists with an attitude, a story to tell, and an ambitious drive to continuously reach success while inspiring curious music enthusiasts. DJ Pereira leaves a lasting impression and wins the heart of his visionary audience.
DJ Pereira is endlessly creating music that people of all ages can relate to. This has become apparent even while being the youngest on-air talent in NYC FM Radio. Moreover, Pereira has recently reached another milestone after bagging the top spot on the afternoon radio station, 96.3 Frequency Modulation.
DJ Pereira has been in the music industry since 2010. Although he is the only Colombian disc jockey in the city releasing music through the radio, he continues to achieve more remarkable feats. He is now going viral to a global degree with his open format and Latino genre music.
Manifesting an exceptional work ethic, DJ Pereira hustles and grinds. He strives to fill the scene with noteworthy beats and remixes. When asked about his motivation for creating his masterpieces, Pereira says it is "always wanting to make the crowd move to his music."
DJ Pereira prides himself on being one of the most influential personalities in his genres. Needless to say, he has worked with the republic's most significant artists. To name some, he has worked with El Alfa, Arcangel, Myke Towers, Lrico en la casa, Darell, Ozuna, Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Romeo Santos, Jowell Y. Randy, Andy Rivera, Sebastian, Yatra, and Bryant Myers. Pereira also teamed up with platinum awardee Nio Garcia. DJ Pereira has also worked in alliance with Super Bowl weekend, Fabulous, 2 Chainz, Dreamdoll, and Tory Lanez.
DJ Pereira is celebrated as the first NYC Spanish disc jockey to pack out the United Palace Theater for his 25th birthday. There, he hosted a concert with Latin multi-platinum artists. He is also signed to prominent brands like 50 Cent and Branson.
As a renowned DJ, Pereira has traveled worldwide. He has presented gigs in numerous cities, particularly in California, New York, Miami, Arizona, Chicago, North Carolina, Tampa, Orlando, Minnesota, Indianapolis, Colorado, Los Angeles, Alaska, Georgia, Boston, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland, France, and Italy.
This coming April 3, DJ Pereira is dropping a new song with an accompanying music video. For this project, he worked with the Dominican Republic's most prominent artists, Haracakiko Yomel El Meloso and Dixson Wax. The project is named "No Lo Hay."
After making appearances in LA's x96.3 and United Palace, DJ Pereira continues to reach for the stars. In the future, the DJ hopes to exceed the Dutch DJ Tisto and become a champion in his city.
The music the artist produces is impactful and gratifying. DJ Pereira's upcoming collection is set to become his most thrilling production yet.
