Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is an emotional state of mind where a victim of an unpleasant and traumatic event continues to experience flashes of that event in particular. PTSD also occurs when a victim of an emotional or mentally draining event finds it difficult to find closure or move on from that particular event. The closure could come as redress, justice, or a state of emotional independence where the past experiences don't matter anymore.
When Chadwick Johnson decided to establish the Mindful Injury Law, he had one thing in mind: to represent individuals who have been mental, emotionally and physically injured by another's negligence.
Chadwick Johnson is a thought leader, mindfulness enthusiast, and legal practitioner whose law practice has taken an interesting turn from the norm. With a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University of Sacramento and his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of law, Chadwick decided to incorporate mindfulness into his practice as a lawyer, making it the core on which his business model stands. This has allowed him to raise awareness about the benefits of mindfulness to his clients and his staff, as well as everyone in his circle of interest and the community. He is the founder and CEO of Mindful Injury Law, a first of its kind injury law firm committed to justice for people who are victims of their economic and social status.
Chadwick Johnson established Mindful Injury Law in furtherance of his desire to practice law and reach out to as many people as possible while at it. The firm offers legal services for individuals who have suffered stress-related injuries. Chadwick is committed to bringing peace to the world slowly and steadily. Chadwick's humility and compassion, combined with his ability to simplify complex concepts, are part of what stands him apart. As the founder of the only injury law firm that offers mindfulness educational resources and workshops, Chadwick can guide workshop participants and audience members resulting in a meaningful and lasting impact.
Apart from Mindful Injury Law, which he founded in 2018, Chadwick founded The W.A.Y. Project (which stands for "Who Are You") in 2012, a volunteer organization that provided mindfulness resources to the public and raised awareness about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. He also engages in community works, including serving on the Board of Directors for the California State University of Sacramento Alumni Association and Mindfulness Coach for Volunteers of America.
Chadwick, through the years, has been described as a selfless leader who is passionate about helping others attain inner peace-a trait Chadwick recalled began during his time as an undergraduate. And by 2011, he began to organize mindfulness workshops in his community for public and private parties, which quickly increased his popularity. As a result of his good works and results, he soon began getting invitations to speak at various events and venues across the state on the subject of mindfulness, self-discovery, and self-mastery.
